A 17-year-old boy named Leo from Swansea has been missing since December 9, with concerns for his welfare. He was last seen in Ely, Cardiff, wearing a blue tracksuit, black waterproof jacket, and white Nike Air Force trainers. Leo is 6ft 2ins tall and of slim build. South Wales Police are seeking information and ask anyone with details to contact them, quoting reference number 2500390169.
