Shane Flowers, a 31-year-old strongman from Dorset, found his life transformed through strongman competitions. Beginning his weight training at 15 and focusing on powerlifting, he shifted to strongman during the COVID-19 pandemic. Flowers, homeless and working 84-hour weeks, unexpectedly won England's Strongest Man on his debut, securing numerous future opportunities.
