đź’¨ Abstract
Mark Hughes, a former Manchester United star, was appointed manager of Carlisle United in February but couldn't prevent their relegation from League Two. He has released eight players, including former Newcastle star Paul Dummett, as the club aims to rebuild in the National League. Two players, Matthew Dennis and Kadeem Harris, have been offered new deals. Hughes, who has managed several clubs, is in talks to continue at Carlisle. Since his appointment, he has significantly improved the team's performance.
