💨 Abstract
A non-league team, AFC Whyteleafe, has been awarded the Combined Counties South Premier League title despite finishing third. This occurred because both Jersey Bulls and Redhill, who finished first and second, were docked points for fielding ineligible players. Jersey Bulls were initially at the top with 96 points but were penalized for playing a suspended player, resulting in Whyteleafe's promotion to the Isthmian League Division One South East.
