💨 Abstract

Bobby George, a darts player, reflects on his late friend and rival Eric Bristow in his new book. They met in the 1970s, became close friends, and even contested the 1980 World Darts Championship final. Bristow, known as the "Crafty Cockney," was loyal but could be rude and arrogant when drunk. He died suddenly from a heart attack in 2018 at age 60.
