💨 Abstract
Former Premier League talent spotter Malcolm Elias has passed away at 71 after a short illness. Fulham FC, where he worked as Head of Academy Recruitment since 2009, announced his death. Elias was renowned for discovering and nurturing young talent, including Gareth Bale and Trent Alexander-Arnold. He is survived by his wife, two sons, six grandchildren, and other family and friends.
