Sunderland is interested in signing Manchester City's 19-year-old midfielder Charlie Gray to replace Jobe Bellingham, who is leaving for Borussia Dortmund. Gray, who has been with City since age eight, is yet to make his senior debut but has impressed in youth competitions. Sunderland aims to fill the void left by Bellingham's departure with a £25 million fee, following the path of other young talents who left Manchester for senior football.
