Ben Davies, 32, has signed a new one-year contract with Tottenham Hotspur, extending his stay to 12 years. The Wales international, Tottenham's longest-serving senior player, joined from Swansea in 2014. Despite being a backup center-back, he made 17 Premier League appearances this season and won the Europa League. Davies is praised for his professionalism and has made 358 appearances in all competitions, tying with Darren Anderton.
