The Amazon rainforest, spanning nine South American countries, is renowned for its mysteries, diverse ecosystems, and rich history. It is home to over 100 species of poison dart frogs, 17 venomous snakes, and other dangerous creatures like the Brazilian wandering spider and electric eel. Recently, a new species of poisonous dart frog, Ranitomeya aetherea, was discovered.
