💨 Abstract
Horizon Aircraft's Cavorite X7, the world's first 'heli-plane,' recently achieved a stable wing-borne flight transition using a fan-in-wing design. This electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft can take off and land vertically like a helicopter but flies like a conventional plane, with 14 fans in its wings allowing it to hover.
