💨 Abstract
The historic Butlin's resort in Filey, North Yorkshire, known for its vibrant seaside holidays in the post-war era, closed in 1983 and fell into disrepair. It has since been redeveloped into a £25 million coastal holiday village called The Bay, featuring pools, saunas, an arcade, and various amenities.
