💨 Abstract
The Wetherspoons pub in Ramsgate, housed in the historic Royal Victoria Pavilion, is the largest of its kind in the UK. Originally built as a concert hall in 1903, the Grade-II listed building has undergone several transformations, including stints as a nightclub and casino, before reopening as a Wetherspoons pub in 2017 after a £4.5 million renovation.
