💨 Abstract

A new £15million train station is under construction in Okehampton, linking the town to major destinations via the Dartmoor Line. The project, funded by the Department for Transport and local councils, aims to benefit commuters, students, and businesses, while supporting local economies and reducing carbon footprints. Significant progress has been made, including track realignment, platform construction, and drainage work.
