💨 Abstract
The BBC soap opera "EastEnders" is bringing back the character Max Branning, played by Jake Wood, after an absence of eight years. Alongside Max, his son Oscar will also return, played by Pierre Moullier. Oscar's return will shake things up in Walford. Jake Wood previously left the show in 2021 but has since expressed his desire to return. The recasts are part of a larger effort to revive key families on the show.
