The reality show "Open House: The Great Sex Experiment" featured a couple, Lauren and Tom, who joined a retreat to explore open relationships. Tom, struggling with performance anxiety and self-esteem issues due to a heart condition, was hesitant. Lauren, however, felt incomplete with just one partner.
