Lewis Capaldi has secured planning permission for a recording studio at his £1.6 million Scottish farmhouse, which already features amenities like a swimming pool, sauna, and cinema. His proposed studio, to be built using recycled sandstone, includes balconies, bookcases and a kitchen area. The council approved the project after finding no objections from neighbors and noting the design's compatibility with the area. Capaldi recently took a step back from music and announced a split with girlfriend Ellie MacDowell.
