💨 Abstract
UK post-metal band SVALBARD is disbanding after 13 years. The Bristol and London-based group, formed in 2011, will embark on a farewell tour and release one final single in 2026. Their final UK tour starts this November. Lead singer and guitarist Serena Cherry cited a desire to end on a high note after four acclaimed albums. The band is known for blending post-hardcore, post-metal, and black metal, tackling social issues.
