💨 Abstract

Reveille X, Texas A&M's border collie mascot, successfully underwent surgery to remove her right eye due to glaucoma and abnormal tissue. The operation was a precautionary measure after the dog showed discomfort and cloudiness. Reveille X is recovering well and is expected to resume her duties, including attending games and campus activities, by this fall. Texas A&M's tradition of having a Reveille mascot dates back to 1931.
