💨 Abstract
On July 22, 2025, Tropical Storm Wipha hit northern Vietnam with strong winds and heavy rain, causing power outages and disruptions. Originating as a typhoon, it weakened to a tropical storm but still affected regions, leading to flight cancellations and potential flooding in aquaculture areas. Residents were advised to stay indoors. Meanwhile, the Philippines and Thailand also faced severe weather, with deaths and evacuations reported.
