💨 Abstract
In Ensenada, Mexico, a preliminary hearing for four suspects in the murders of one American and two Australian surfers was delayed. The victims, Jake and Callum Robinson from Australia and Jack Carter Rhoad from the U.S., were killed in April 2024 while surfing near Punta San José. The hearing confirmed the cases will proceed separately, with dates set for August 9 and November 13 to allow for potential plea deals.
