đź’¨ Abstract
During a game against Baltimore on May 15, Minnesota Twins players Carlos Correa and Byron Buxton collided while chasing a fly ball. Correa left the game immediately, while Buxton stayed in briefly before being replaced in the fourth inning. Despite missing several games last season, Correa had been active this year, missing only scheduled rest days. Before the game, the Twins were on a 10-game winning streak, strengthening their position in the AL Central.
