💨 Abstract
Jacob deGrom, a two-time Cy Young winner, pitched nearly a no-hitter for the Texas Rangers against the Baltimore Orioles. DeGrom, recovering from Tommy John surgery, flirted with a perfect game through six innings and a no-hitter through seven. He allowed one hit and no runs, walking three and striking out six over 7.1 innings.
