WTOP's Brennan Haselton and Neighborhood Restaurant Group Beer Director Greg Engert discuss Hill Farmstead Brewery's Biere De Norma farmhouse ale. The beer, from Greensboro Bend, Vermont, is a Bière de Mars conditioned in oak barrels and bottle-aged since 2018, with a 7% ABV. Suggested pairings include lamb chops, beef stew, grilled steak, French onion soup, and duck confit.
