đź’¨ Abstract
On May 5th, American Airlines flight 4431 from Buffalo had to abort its landing at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia due to another plane on the runway. The Army is pausing helicopter flights near the airport due to increased safety concerns following this incident and others. The FAA has enacted stricter flight restrictions for military and civilian helicopters flying around Reagan National Airport since a deadly crash in January.
