💨 Abstract
A Tennessee judge ordered the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man, from jail before his trial. Meanwhile, an SUV driver sped through the National Mall, narrowly missing pedestrians and scooter riders. The driver was arrested, but the charges are unclear. No injuries were reported. The driver is set for a court appearance.
