A flash flood warning was issued for Montgomery County for June 18, 2025. This article is primarily about the upcoming 10-year anniversary celebration of the Congress Heights Arts and Culture Center (CHACC) in Southeast D.C.’s Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. The event, held on Juneteenth, aims to highlight the innovative and thriving art scene east of the river in D.C.
