Eight opioid drug manufacturers will pay D.C. million as part of a $720 million nationwide settlement for their role in the opioid crisis. The agreement prohibits most companies from marketing opioid products and mandates corporate practice reforms. Indivior faces a 10-year ban on opioid sales.
