đ¨ Abstract
Charles Rucker, 24, was held without bond after pleading not guilty to first-degree murder while armed for the fatal shooting of 3-year-old Honesty Cheadle in Southeast D.C. Cheadle was in a car with her family on July 5 when Rucker allegedly fired multiple shots, hitting the toddler in the head. Rucker fled but returned to the scene, possibly to collect shell casings.
