💨 Abstract
Previous generations, including baby boomers, Gen X, and millennials haven't dated in such politically polarized times as Gen Z—those born between 1997 and 2012. According to an NBC News poll, Gen Z women report as more liberal and men as more conservative, making it more challenging for that age group to find romantic partners. People in this generation believe that polarizing politics, both in person and on social media, are barriers to dating.
