💨 Abstract
"Norwegian author Ingvar Ambjørnsen, known for his blend of dark humor and empathy in his works, has died at 69. Ambjørnsen struggled with COPD. His novels often depicted marginalized lives, and his works, including the series about the character Elling, gained international acclaim. A newly written collection of short stories is set for release on July 31."
