💨 Abstract
In central Mali's Diafarabé village, women and children protested against alleged army killings of 27 men at a market. Reports indicate soldiers arrested 28 individuals, executed 27 of them, and one escaped to inform the village. The area, predominantly Fulani, faces regular attacks by an Al Qaida-linked group, and the army has opened an inquiry.
