💨 Abstract
Jeanne Marrazzo, a prominent HIV expert and former NIH leader, sued the Trump administration, alleging she was fired for whistleblowing about dangerous research cuts. She warned that the cuts, which affected over 74,000 clinical trial participants, endangered patients and public health. Marrazzo was placed on leave after challenging the cuts and was later fired by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
