💨 Abstract

Omer Shem Tov, a 22-year-old Israeli, stood on the pitcher's mound at a Boston Red Sox game three months after being released from 505 days of Hamas captivity. Surrounded by supporters, he tossed out the first pitch, highlighting his newfound celebrity. Before his captivity, Shem Tov was working in a restaurant and planning overseas trips.
