💨 Abstract

Norwegian friends Merete Buljo, who has rheumatoid arthritis, and Tonje Thoresen, who is blind, participated in a women-only vintage car race from Paris to the Mediterranean. Driving a car with an automatic gearbox, they aimed to showcase their capabilities despite their physical challenges. Despite a setback when their planned car broke down, they persevered, using the rally as training to navigate without GPS or Braille.
