💨 Abstract
Princeton Theological Seminary launched the Polaris Young Adult Leadership Network to equip young Christian leaders from various professions to find their calling beyond parish ministry. This initiative, funded by a $4 million grant, aims to combat isolation and counter the narrative that young people are losing their faith. The seminary has adapted to declining enrollment in traditional pastoral programs by offering new master's programs and hybrid learning models.
