💨 Abstract
A recent U.S. study found that seniors can slow cognitive decline by combining physical exercise, a healthy diet, and mental activities. Participants in their 60s and 70s who followed this lifestyle saw brain test results as if they were a year or two younger. The regime included moderate exercise, the "MIND diet," social engagement, and brain exercises. While it's too early to confirm if this delays dementia, researchers are hopeful and plan to continue monitoring participants.
