đ¨ Abstract
Innovations in cancer treatment have led to significant improvements over the past 20 years, particularly through personalized treatments targeting DNA mutations. Despite these advancements, cancer cells often develop resistance, making treatment changes necessary. Proteomics, an approach identifying active proteins in tumors, offers a new method to predict treatment effectiveness before administration. Real-time proteomics analysis is now used at Inova Schar Cancer Institute to inform targeted therapies.
