💨 Abstract
On May 17, Montgomery County, Maryland, will host an expungement clinic to help individuals with minor, nonviolent criminal convictions remove these records from public view. This process can open up educational and job opportunities, benefiting both individuals and the community. Eligible offenses include possession of controlled substances, trespassing, and disturbing the peace. Violent crimes are not eligible for expungement. The clinic, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m
