💨 Abstract

The Supreme Court has allowed the Trump administration to use the Alien Enemies Act, a 1798 wartime law, to deport Venezuelan migrants accused of being gang members. However, the court ruled that these individuals must have the opportunity to legally challenge any deportation orders. The ruling came after more than 130 men accused of being members of the gang Tren de Aragua were deported to El Salvador.
