đź’¨ Abstract
A federal grand jury in Wisconsin has indicted Judge Hannah Dugan for allegedly helping a man, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, evade immigration authorities. The judge was charged with concealing Flores-Ruiz, who illegally reentered the U.S. after deportation in 2013, from being arrested by directing him out a back door of her courtroom. FBI agents arrested Dugan a week after the incident. The grand jury found probable cause to proceed with the case.
