💨 Abstract
A former Arkansas police chief, Grant Hardin, serving sentences for murder and rape, escaped from prison. Hardin, who was convicted in 2017 for the murder of James Appleton and in 2019 for a 1997 rape, fled from the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. Law enforcement agencies are collaborating to track him down.
