The article reports that a Louisiana lawmaker, Rep. Kyle M. Green Jr., is facing criminal charges for allegedly driving while intoxicated with his three children in the vehicle. The incident occurred early on Wednesday when Green struck a concrete barrier. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, child endangerment, and traffic violations. Despite police observations and a field sobriety test, Green refused a breathalyzer test.
