Prosecution rests in trial of Karen Read who’s charged in death of Boston police officer boyfriend -
💨 Abstract
During the second trial of Karen Read, accused of killing her Boston police officer boyfriend John O’Keefe, the prosecution presented evidence including witness testimonies and physical evidence from the crime scene. Notably, Read was heard saying "I hit him" repeatedly. Prosecutors also introduced Read's broken taillight and a cocktail glass with O’Keefe’s DNA. Her defense argues she was framed and claims someone else harmed O’Keefe at a house party.
