A small plane crashed into a San Diego neighborhood, sparking fires in about 15 homes and prompting evacuations. The Cessna 550 aircraft crashed near Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport, with the number of people on board unknown. Authorities are working to evacuate residents and assess injuries.
