đź’¨ Abstract
A Texas prosecutor filed a federal lawsuit to compel three U.S. Border Patrol agents to testify in the trial of former Uvalde school police chief Pete Arredondo, who is charged with child endangerment and abandonment for his actions during the 2022 Robb Elementary School shooting. The agents initially gave written statements but have since been denied requests to testify about the delayed law enforcement response.
