💨 Abstract
Seventeen coalitions against domestic and sexual violence are suing the Trump administration over grant requirements that bar promoting "gender ideology" or prioritizing undocumented immigrants. These requirements, introduced via executive orders, force groups to choose between accepting federal funds and maintaining their core values. The lawsuit argues that complying with these terms could lead to legal risks and investigations. The groups involved are from both Democratic and Republican states. This suit is one of over 200 challenging Trump's executive orders.
