đź’¨ Abstract
A Guatemalan man, previously deported under the Trump administration, landed in the U.S. after a court-ordered return. The man, protected from deportation to Guatemala due to persecution risks, was sent to Mexico instead, where he faced harm. He was later returned to Guatemala but has now re-entered the U.S. through a humanitarian parole. This is one of several cases against the Trump administration's deportation policies, with federal courts ordering the return of mistakenly deported individuals.
