In San Antonio, floods from intense rainfall resulted in 13 deaths and numerous rescues. Over 7 inches of rain led to rapid flooding, submerging cars and forcing people to seek refuge in trees. The fatalities were found near Beitel Creek, with one body discovered upstream. The San Antonio Fire Department played a crucial role in rescuing over 70 individuals.
