💨 Abstract
Miles Taylor, a former Homeland Security official, has urged independent government watchdogs to investigate after former President Trump ordered a review of his service. Taylor, who wrote an anonymous op-ed critical of Trump, expressed concern over the implications of Trump's memorandum. Separately, a Wisconsin man was charged with forging a letter threatening Trump to intimidate a witness. Meanwhile, Trump's administration officials pushed for expanded oil and gas drilling in Alaska, drawing environmentalist criticism.
