💨 Abstract
A second tropical storm, Flossie, has formed off Mexico's west coast. As of Saturday, it was located around 240 miles south of Acapulco and 485 miles southeast of Manzanillo, with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and moving west at 9 mph. Meanwhile, a tropical storm named Barry was also reported off Mexico's Atlantic coast.
